I have been training abs for a variety of athletes including martial artists, kickboxers, boxers, and bodybuilders..it's a unique isolation method that allows you to isolate each part of the abs to meet a punch or kick. I have not had the wind knocked out of me, even when kicked by a world kickboxing champ and Chuck Norris' stunt double
Love teaching this to motivated people.need not be in person

I’ve always been interested in doing a gut punch match, but haven’t had anybody to do it yet. However, before I meet up with someone from this site, I’d at least like to have an idea on how strong my abs are. Is there any good way to simulate what a punch would feel like on yourself? I’ve tried dropping dumbbells/medicine balls on my abs before, but feel like that is way less force. Also, how would you recommend training my abs for a abs punching match? Other than just doing abs workouts im talking more like impact training
