Yeah. I'm a theater professional and will often try and set fights for after 11:00pm which, if I'm working on a show, is after work for me. I traveled the country with Broadway shows and as hvywght says, most people sleep then. I did manage to find some guys who would accommodate me...
Would be fun but most are sleep during those hours. Setup an outside match after 10, nise and cool, dim lights, just enough to see the punches coming and going.
