Do you know any fighters (apart from wrestlers) who always or often wear singlets or wrestling spats/tights to fight? In recordings from the 1990s and early 2000s, when MMA was born, some fighters fought in such clothes. Currently, only some players wear spats. I mean a fight during which the fighter has gloves and singlet / spats (not BJJ).

You could look at some other sports like combat karate or combat jujitsu which have some similarities in that dress.
But outside of collegiate wrestling and Brazilian jujitsu you will struggle I think
