When I was wrestle-roadtripping, I got into a great rhythm of intermittent fasting.
Definitely cut out eating from 8pm-8am, going down to 2 meals a day. Getting my protein by supplementing replacement bars and shakes. And lots of water.

I am working on cutting, tracking nutrition, and exercising consistently before Wrestlefest. Summer is coming soon as well.

I am doing a program by Shaun T called Dig Deeper for lifting and Les Mills Combat (MMA) for Cardio.
For tracking I am eating about 1700 calories per week with high protein.
