gut[unching

love to do gutpunching, step up fellas, have a favorite routine I like to use. I do a sessionin rounds, using 12oz boxing gloves, hand wraps mma gloves and then barefists, if that doesn't soft a gut-muscled or other wise I go further using knees, elbows kicks and then lay u on the gorund for stomps and knees, think u can take this see me, have wrecked a few muscle guys gut already!

If you can find a way to bind my arms behind my back I'll let you have a go at it. My abs are VERY HARD but you would be my greatest challenge.
