The word Primal actually means starting from innocence. A group of men don't all start with innocence but as they learn and develop their own rules regulations the innocence is lost. The men who remain primal in their lives are the ones that remain closer to their unchecked. A baby is not primal because it has to learn from day one. A man is primal because he has learned but doesn't understand why. He just keeps on going about the everyday things that happen without much concern to why or how can he change it.
It is not stupidity it is a childish way to approach challenges. I think of it as being close to his roots. He does not allow the outside change him. He remains very basic and fundamental to develop his life.
That what I like find. No frills just basic manhood keeping his territory safe.
