Denver is home but I travel often.
I was diagnosed with spinal cancer 2021 and have since undergone three surgeries, radiation and a slew of PT. I have nerve damage and use mobility aides (Cane w braces/walker or wheelchair) to get around. But I workout 5x a week remain active.
None of this ideal, but I am very active for my level of injury. On TRT and seeing some muscle gains. I also come with priority boarding on all airlines & I never have to be the designated driver. I also can do some serious damage if I kick you with my braces on.

My practical wrestling days are over but play/erotic wrestling with someone who knows what they are doing is an option and a great means of exercise and physical therapy. Jobber to a master heel. See if you can bench press my body. I'm a lean 155. Try to pin me down when my legs kick on their own.
I do adaptive yoga twice a week and have been gaining back some flexibility & endurance. Always happy for a drink or workout.
