Hey guys thanks for taking the time to look at my profile.

I currently have access to a Midlands based gym/studio. Which has a large matted area as well a full MMA style cage, shower, bathroom and chill out area.

This space is rentable for guys to use and also we are looking at running parties for training and fun aswell as tournaments.

We are fully fet friendly so any other types of play are fine with us here.
