Buenas a todos, no soy de luchar, pero hago otras cosas.
Me encantan mucho los abdominales, pero no en el sentido del gutpunch o navel torture. Lo que me gusta hacer con ellos es apoyar mi cabeza sobre ellos y usarlos como almohada. xD
Llevo toda mi vida haciéndolo, así que tengo experiencia.
