I start on my knees. I am keen on submission rolling wrestling and practicing moves - always safe and sane; just for exercise with different opponents (under 80Kg). I had some training before the pandemic. This excludes pro-style.

A brief chat beforehand is useful to set expectations. Some matches have ended up with massage.
