I want to stay young in my head and I´m trying to keep young my body too. That´s why I like to go to the gym, I like swimming in the sea and I´m visiting lectures of martial arts. I learn it for selfdefence, to be stronger, for flexibility and for fun. Such body contacts make me happy, it gives energy to me.
