I'm a fighter benefactor, patron and tag team buddy. Coach and watch lopsided squash and 2-on-1 bully matches against weaklings. I've found squash matches are great ways for developing form and attitude.

I have a bad knee that limits my activity. I walk fine on flat, level ground, but no way I'm rolling around on a mat. I can fight standing up and on my back to break a pin.
