Hey everyone it’s been a while since I updated this! I took a break to focus on my mental and physical health and am looking forward to getting back into some matches in 2024. I’ve lost over 50lbs and put on a bit of muscle. I am to my final goals but thrilled with the progress. Ultimately I would like to get back into submission, promission, pro, and explore some boxing as well.
