I love being choked out myself and doing it as well. Point of safety though if you guys don't know how to do it or haven't done it before please go to the Gracie's website and watch their video on proper technique proper pressure proper amount of time it should take. And be mindful of your opponent and let go immediately after they pass out. Can't stress enough Gracie's website they have the video due to the amount of injuries kids were doing to each other in playing passing out games
I also want to add that you should practice this with your opponent before the match if it's your first time. Just reading and seeing about it doesnt help as much as actually doing it. It's a lot more safer to practice with them before.

When a guy goes limp or gets body stiff , he is out , release the pressure straighten his neck , he'll come-to right away. If you hear him wheezz , 'ease up ' You are Not using pressure trying to break his neck just a quick stop of blood flow , 3to 7 seconds , ( it can be done with two fingers ! ) he'l be out , or close enough he's down and helpless . Geeezzz, Use some common sense .
If he stops moving , he is out Try it on your-self. You can press on the veins or blood vessels in ur neck , u can feel a lightness as some as u apply a little pressure . Try it on yourself , u'll feel it . See if u can put ur self out , lol, 9 times out of 10 u can't . You release your touch way before u go out.

I trust very few guys to sleeper Me out and u can bet I've sleepered them first. TALK ABOUT IT FIRST, AND what should happen and when to release. Some guys , a few , give no sign they are out , they just lay there , Others twitch or go body stiff. Use a large mirror, where ya can see what's going on Again use a little Sense or try it with a guy you know and trust and preferable done it before OR Don't Play. I started neck play when I was in grade school with My best friend , we were wrestling, he choked Me down , made Me submit , then he released Me . From then on , we play hard and to the submission or choke out. Still do ---

I can generally go for hours when wrestling the right guy, but getting choked out increases my recovery time significantly. So I prefer to tap out early - and get right back in there fighting.

The thing I love the most in submissions is choke holds. I just totally love watching a ufc fight or some bjj tournatment where the guy gets choked out cold! Putting a guy to sleep is SO HOT. It's like the other guy is the real Alpha male and he is not the pathetic BITCH.

Totally agree with you on this, choke/sleepers are the the best I think. In all the various positions/ways of doing it. The alpha feeling like an alpha for putting it on just right where you go out quick, and then taking their trophy - however you agreed. Wish I was closer to you sleeperholdsmma. So, would love to practice give and take with you.
