always wondered what a dragon sleeper was! Have been put out ina RNC many times by an expert but cannot see how ? just one bicep works in a dragon sleeper??

If any muscle guy is reading this and wants to try to get me to take a nap, let me know. Many failed attempts. Either it doesn't work or they don't know what they are doing and I just end up with a pain in my neck bone.

yes the last post was supposed to have said POWER but it can trap someone until they lose steam and melt in your muscle arms - it depends how much you fight back to get out or away

well its a HARD hold to wriggle out of sometimes you push with your planted feet on the mat and hopefully they hit a wall then maneuver from there

Yes. And if it is applied correctly, like a regular sleeper, you can go out in less than 10 seconds.

as long as u manage to restrict both carotid arteries yes but its a bit harder than with a rear sleeper

Hmm, rear sleeper. CPP = MAP - ICP = CBF x CVR does not change, perhaps you are confused ;-)
