lately been wanting to get pinned and have dude punch me hard. as I struggle to keep his fist out, he struggles to get it in. the session would last a long time cause the blows wouldn't be constant until he stressed me out where I could no longer block.
tied arms behind back or above head - for good support for a long hard session tied to a heavy bag - with the understanding the session will start with bare knucks, move to fight gloves, get heavy with SAP/tactical weighted gloves, finish with bare knucks. Agreed goal is to be doubled-up repeatedly as the gut muscle wall breaks down. Just grunts, groans, the smack of fists hitting, labored breathing after awhile, sweat. Tuff abs? a few uppercuts or knees to the balls followed by an attack on the gut.....
Anyone know of an automatic, gloved gut punching machine? NO ONE has conquered my flexed abs and I'm bored. Have taken so many sessions with 200 to 400 punches and several 3, 5 minute rounds with no effect. There HAS to be a HEAVY DUTY machine out there with adjustable speed, depth and # of punches.
I like to see someone arched over something curved so that his hips are low, his chest expanded, and his belly at max vulnerability, curved out slightly. Intense.
The punchee is suspended upside down. A tub filled with water is set below him. The punchee must lift his head in order not to drown. In the meantime the puncher works his abs. He has to stop as soon as the punchee lowers his head into the tub.
What "obstacles" would you like to add to a gut punch session?
As a punchee, I think of adding clamps to my tits which are attached to a wall, so that moving backwards would hurt. The puncher could also put some smoldering incense behind my back.
If I want to rest, the puncher could add a clothespin for every 10 seconds during the break in order to motivate me to keep on getting punched.

-group puching, guys line up to punch you for an extra long session
-blindfolded so you don't know when the punch comes, forces continuous flexing
-ball-gagged so you can't scream or ask puncher to stop.
-suspended upside-down to be used more like a punching bag
-bolted against a wall so you can't back up
