Yes, and it's easy: strengthen your body. Thoroughly.
Because flexibilty comes from the strength of the muscles you want to make flexible. Without strength, proper flexibility (usable in combat sports) will not come. Without core strength, leg strength will not come.
Before training, I do dynamic stretching exercises, such as leg swings and lunges. After training, it's more static stretching, like straddle stretches, butterfly stretches, etc. I tend to hold them for at least half a minute in the lowest position I can, then move on, sometimes doing several cycles.
Ikf is very right, after 30 plus years boxing i started kickboxing. It changed my life. I realized that flexibility was what i had been lacking as a boxer. My endurance and stamina improved. As a 61 yr old teenager I workout every day and try and kick box twice a week. Stretching everyday is the key to a successful life
My kickboxing class does 10 minutes of stretching after each class for cooldown/flexibility, trying to go a little deeper into it each time
and I try to hit yoga class whenever the gym is closed or I'm feeling extra rusty.
Nothing extraordinary. General mobility exercises for warming up, technique training itself (just practicing kicks helps with flexibility, for instance) and of course stretching after the training.

Somestimes I also add some foam rolling.
