I was thinking more the losers had to bash each round. There could be way to make it worse as rounds progress. Depends on how many player.

That is a great game. I would love to participate and maybe with a variant: one guy is the loser from the beginning of the match. The other two play the game and they have 3 lifes. They roll the dices and lose a life when they lose. The game end when one of the guys lose all lifes. In each rolling the loser has to impact his balls the difference between the two dices and the winner decided how from.a category (with a belt, slap, punching, smasphing....).

And to make it even more mean: lifes are reset if there are doubles, if one round is drawn 3 lifes are added to each heel

Here goes...3 or more guys on cam playing a strip game. Once 1 guy is naked the others continue to play. The naked guy has to hit his balls the number of time on the dice when the next round is decided and every round after that until 1 man is left standing. The second guy to get naked has to do the same for each round and so on. The more guys playing the more the losers have to bash themselves. Could also be an in person event.
