Absolutely. Everybody likes to see others making progress towards their health and fitness goals. I certainly do. Although you might want to rethink the frequency. Not a whole lot happens over a week. But do what you feel is best.
Hey all, I have been thinking about posting weekly progress pics (Saturday/Sunday TBD) along with my current weight. Would this be of interest to anyone?
It’s been about a month since I’ve worked out and have lost some muscle and weight (weight loss due to my job in the heat). I’m ready to gain my muscle back along with my strength. I’m hoping to join a new gym this week and get started going on a regular schedule. .
