No one can "understand the English." Least of all the English. What about Google - they have that kind of facility but suppose a bit of a faff to cut/paste, come out of the site etc. Maybe one for admin but I find their translation facility pretty ok. U can often get the jist of it.
I love to read about fights, real and fantasy. The stuff here looks hot - but does anyone know a good translation site? I can't cope with the French and maybe other members can't understand the English.

Put in a few paragraphs at a time, and you can choose the from and to... French to English, etc etc. Does a pretty good job.
Also the browser Google Chrome will offer to translate to English if it scans a page in French, German, Spanish, etc.
