The last "pure gutpunching" site was basically a ring of content thieves. I had to beg / threaten the administrator several times when people took it upon themselves to post my stuff without permission or attribution. The site was eventually shut down due to copyright abuse, and good riddance too. I absolutely hated dealing with them.
I hope this one will be better in disallowing content theft and implements some sort of check that makes sure that people post their own stuff only.
My general advice to everyone is to only post your stuff to sites you trust.
