First off, the Mason Brooks you've seen from the BG East videos is nothing like the real man himself. He's a lot taller than expected and he's put on some serious muscle. He looks amazing in the low cut singlet we wrestled in. He comes across as shy and quiet but when you hit the mats, he becomes a different type of animal. He has great knowledge of holds and knows how to go from one to the other quite deftly. We had a nice round-robin free-flowing match with his bf, rarely going 2-on-1, but just switching out whenever anyone felt like taking a break. He was a blast to roll with. Super nice off the mats, and fun on the mats when we were just messing around, but can seriously apply a hold and lock up your legs when he wants to so you can't escape whatever punishment he wants to dole out. Great wrestler. Great guy. Hope our paths cross again soon!

I had a great time wrestling this man. He brought everything to our match that I like, a great attitude, his wrestler body and strength. I hope I will get another chance to take him on and see where his limits are.

Finally got the chance to meet this sweet guy. Had a fun time wrestling around - he’s in great shape and could resist pretty well considering my size advantage. And he’s also a fun interesting guy to chat with. Hope we can meet again someday :)

I knew I shouldn’t underestimate this opponent and I’m glad I didn’t. He’s fit, strong and has clearly been practicing. ;) He’s the nicest guy but he’s definitely in it to win. Really wish we get an opportunity for a rematch in a larger space. Highly recommend!
